How do i place an order?
Choose your favorite Katt Amsterdam bag, select the product, and click Add to cart. You can review your cart before continuing to checkout. Shipping, taxes, and discount codes are calculated at checkout.
What does a pre-order mean?
It means your bag will arrive a little later than items that are currently in stock. By placing a pre-order, you reserve a bag that is still on its way to our warehouse. This guarantees that you will be one of the first to receive the bag once it arrives.
In the product description, we will always mention the estimated week in which you can expect to receive your bag. In most cases, pre-order items are delivered within 10 business days.
can i change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible through the contact page or by email at info@khattamsterdam.nl. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
i did not receive an order confirmation. what should i do?

when will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 5 business days. During sales periods or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer due to higher order volumes.

can i return my order?
Yes, KHATT Amsterdam offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
what are the return conditions?
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
how do i start a return?

when will i receive my refund?
Once your return is received, it goes through quality control, which can take up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact info@khattamsterdam.nl.
